If the 5G is not working on iPhone then first, “check the compatibility” of the iPhone device. All iPhone models of 12, 13, and 14 series are compatible with the 5G network. The iPhone SE 2(2020) and 3(2020) is also compatible with the 5G network. 

Solution 2: Check the Availability of the 5G in Your Region/City
