Step 2: Next, tap on the “Uninstall Updates” option and then select the “OK” option to confirm this process:

Solution 3: Wipe/Remove the Cache Partition

To wipe and remove the cache partition in recovery mode:

Step 1: Turn off the smartphone by pressing the power button until the display of the smartphone turns black.

Step 2: Hold simultaneously the power and volume down button until the logo displays on the screen. It will enable the recovery mode on the smartphone.

Step 3: Select the “Wipe Cache Partition” option by using the power and volume buttons.

These steps will wipe the cache partition and fix this issue.

Solution 4: Factory Reset the Smartphone

Note: Before doing the below-mentioned steps, first make a backup copy of the data because these steps will bring the device to the default.

Step 1: Navigate to the phone settings and choose “About phone”.

Step 2: Hit the “Factory reset” option and then select the “Erase All Data” option:
