Solution 1: Reset the App Preferences

Step 1: Launch the device settings and hit the “Apps” tab.

Step 2: Hit the three vertical dots and choose the “Reset App Preferences” choice.

Solution 2: Erase the Cache Partition Data

To erase the cache data, pursue the below-stated steps:

Step 1: Turn off the device by pressing the power key until the cell phone screen turns black.

Step 2: Hold the “power button>volume up>volume down buttons” to wake the mobile phone into recovery mode.

Step 3: With the help of the volume and power buttons, select the “Wipe Cache Partition” option.

These steps will erase the cache partition data from the device and rectify this pop-up notification issue.

Solution 3: Update the Android Software 

To update the Android software, follow the below stated steps:

How to Remove SCPM Client From Device?

To remove the SCPM client from the device, follow the below-mentioned steps:

  • Step 1: Go to the “Settings>About phone” option and then tap on build number 7 times to enable the developer option.
  • Step 2: In the settings menu, tap on the “Developer” option and turn on the “USB Debugging” option.
  • Step 3: Download Universal ADB (Android Debug Bridge) via this link and extract the file into the folder.
  • Step 4: On that folder, press the shift+right click on the blank surface, and then select the “Open Powershell Window Here/ Open Command Window Here” option.
  • Step 5: Run the adb devices command in it.
  • Step 6: Connect the smartphone to the pc through a USB cable and set the “Transfer File Mode” in it.
  • Step 7: Run the adb devices command in it and then run the “adb shell pm uninstall -user0 com.samsung.android.sm.policy” command in it.

These steps will remove the SCPM client app from the device.
