Step 2: After that, enter the phone “IMEI number and enter the email address into it.

Step 3: Next, select the country and service provider where the smartphone is locked.

Step 4: Proceed with payments to get the unlock code on the Email address.

Step 5: After that, repeat the process as described in solution one, onward from step three.

These steps will unlock the smartphone online.

Solution 3: Using Android Repair Software

To fix the firmware issue of the Android smartphone, we use the Reiboot Android software. Follow the below-described steps to fix the firmware issue:

Step 1: Download the Reiboot Android software by clicking here.

Step 2: Enable the “USB Debugging” option from the developer’s settings.

Step 3: After that, connect the phone to pc by utilizing the USB data cable.

Step 4: Choose the “Repair Android System” tab on the Reiboot Android tool.

Step 5: Click on the “Repair Now” option and then enter the device info into the boxes.

Step 6: Click on the “Next” option and select the “Repair Now” option.

Step 7: Finally, after repairing, click on the “Done” option.
